O-Wata-Product!

When you taste our farm fresh eggs you will exclaim, "O-Wata-Egg!" Our eggs are laid by Gold Stars, Rhode Island Reds, Silver Grey Dorkings, Lakenvelders, and Arucaunas. The Arucaunas lay beautiful blue/green eggs. Our hens are free-range, pasture raised and our ceritified organic feed has added flax making our eggs high in Omega-3 with less cholesterol. We use no anitibiotics or meds on our chickens and do not use chemical herbicides, pesticides or fertilizers on our pastures.

We sell our eggs through "Egg Shares" and during the summer months we partner with Clinton Falls Farm to sell our farm fresh eggs through their Community Supported Agriculture program.

In 2009 we planted the beginnings of our apple orchard. In a few short years we will be offering organic apples, unique and tempting in 12 varieties, including Enterprise, Liberty, Pristine and Novaspy, and of course the ever popular Honeycrisp! These are all great tasting apples for fresh eating and any favorite apple recipe. While some of these varieties may not be familiar, they were chosen because of their disease resistance so they can be organically grown without the use of chemical sprays or fertilizers.

This spring we will be planting over 100 more apple fruit trees of Minnesota favorite varieties:  Honeycrisp, Zestar!, State Fair and Sweet Sixteen as well as some sour cherry trees.

We grow both strawberries and raspberries organically within our apple orchards. These berries will be available throughout the summer and into early fall. They are the perfect varieties for homemade jams and jellies and fresh eating.

The organic carving pumpkins we grow are the perfect size for fall decorating and our organic pie pumpkins are perfect for your favorite pumpkin recipe!

Our organically grown popcorn will make any microwave popcorn user turn a new leaf! Not only is our organic popping corn nutritious; It is also a fun event for the entire family.
